Are you now paying a siignificant amount of spousel or alimony payments to your former spouse?
If so, you need to check your divorce decree to check for a NO COHABITATION clause stipulation. The clause usually reads something to the effect that if your former spouse resides with another, she is no longer entitled to receive spousel support or alimony of any kind from you.
Of course the court will not entertain here say evidence, which in short means someones word that your former spouse is living with another. You need a private investigator to conduct surveillance on your former spouse to establish if the former spouse indeed has violated the no cohabitation clause in the divorce decree.
At the end of the surveillance, the investigator will file a written report and burn all pictures taken during the investigation onto a DVD. This evidence is then submitted to the court, who will then issue a stop payment order on your behalf for your former spouses support payments.
